should the floats be solid in the middle. I printed them and they are way to heavy and 100% infill. I'm guessing something is wrong with the STL can I please get help with this.

Hi Ronald, maximum infill should be 3%. Nothing wrong with the STL. Single 0.4mm wall with 3% infill and they come up nice and lightweight.
