I have an edf and I am not sure if it would have enough power for the x29. it is a 64mm edf with a 40 amp esc that runs on 3s.

Hi tech guy, it’s hard to say as there is much variability with EDF’s, what motor does it have? Use a 4S battery and I reckon you would be fine though
